NO EQUIPMENT, CIRCUIT STYLE – HOME WORKOUT TRAINING PLANS
A lot of feedback I receive is “I don’t have time to go to the gym but I want to exercise and know I’m getting a good workout”. Look no further, sis. These different training plans provides full body workouts in 15-20 minutes a day. As you’re working through these programs, you’ll see that it’s not your mom’s exercise plan. I give you the exact reps, exercises and rounds to do each day and in what order with rest days built in. You can try to piece together random workout plans from around the web or you can have a month long workout plan from a Personal Trainer. Remember that you can have all the information in the world but to get results it needs to be in the right order!
So! Take your pick from the three options that are a month long. You will get a moderate to high intensity workout in 15-20 minutes a day where you will start to see improvements in your mood and a great shakeup to your current workout routine. You do not need any equipment but if you would like to add more of a challenge to arm workouts, dumbbells can come in handy.
